Craig Pfaff

Hi,
I have a user who just left the company, I deleted their user account and
mailbox and also reinstalled the OS. I'm using NT 4.0 Server
and Exchange 5.5, with 2000 Pro on the w/s Outlook 2000. I saved thier
contacts to a floppy disk, low and
behold I can't access the contacts, it's a bad floppy at least now. I've
backed up Exchange using the Windows backup utility. Is there anyway to
restore the users information in any form? I don't want to do a complete
restore of Exchange though.

I'm posting to the Exchange newsgroup as well.
Thanks in advance,

Craig

Hi Craig,

Thank you for posting here!

However, I notice you have posted the same question in Exchange.Admin
newsgroup, which I have already responded. If it is an identical issue, to
avoid any confusion, let's focus on the previous post to which I have
already delivered suggestions. Your understanding is appreciated.

Thank you and Have a nice day

Regards,

Pat Cai
