Deleted Computer Accounts Win2k

I'm looking for some quick advice. Our admin accidentally deleted pretty
much all of our computer accounts along with most of our security groups. We
have one site that this has not been replicated to and am trying to find a
way to use this site to force the info back to the rest of AD. Sorry for the
lack of details, but any input would be greatly appreciated.

Backup your "good" server and restart it in directory services restore mode.
Restore the system state data from the backup then use ntdsutil to make this
an autoritative restore.
When you reboot again the version of AD on that machine will be taken as the
correct one and replicated out to the other DCs
