You could try a Restore to a time before and/or you can look in Control Panel >
Add/Remove Programs to see if Cakewalk is listed.
If it is listed click on it once and see if it has a repair option, otherwise try
uninstalling/reinstalling it if it is the problem.

Well - if you mean the application 'Cakewalk'...
You should reinstall from your installation media.
If you mean you uninstalled Cakewalk (the application) and now your PC has
no audio - you just need to reinstall your audio card drivers - although
they should have stayed intact.
