Deleted a folder by accident.

It was really important. I have tried a bunch of those programs to try and
get it back, but all of them you have to pay for or don't work if you don't
have to pay for it. It wasn't just one file...I only know the name of the
folder that got deleted. Please, can someone help me? Thanks in advance.

I've already tried that and just tried it again, and it doesn't work. Is
there anyway to search for a deleted folder? I have no idea what all the
names of the files in it.

Chelsea, I have accidentally deleted more files and more
folders that I'd care to admit.

I have then right-clicked on my Trash can, chose the "Open"
option, and scanned the Trash (just like you'd scan a
folder, but not in alphabetical order <?>

It may take you 5 minutes to find the folder, but if you
deleted an entire folder, and it's not TOO BIG for the Trash
can (capacity limit), you can safely drag the entire folder
from the trash onto your desktop and then drag it wherever
you want it.

Last I heard, once you empty your Trash can, you are
screwed.

So open and find and drag from the Trash can BEFORE you
empty it.
