Deleted a distrubition list in Outlook 2003 - how do I restore?

I was attempting to delete an individual contact from a distribution list and
inadvertently deleted the entire list. I cannot find it in `deleted items'
anywhere to restore it.

I have not emptied my deleted items. Any idea how I could restore this list?
