Delete track about all documents used

I have some clients that have a need. They must delete all track about last
documents opened. Documents opened from usb key and last document opened from
microsoft word and microsoft excel.
Are there software that made all this actions or must i assemble someting?

From word and excel i can remove tracks from options menu...
From "..My recent documents.." i can remove all voice from the list.

Are there other point where i can find informations about last document
opened?

CrapCleaner may do all that.

If not there is another free prog where you can define custom stuff to
delete but unfortunately I can't remember the name of it right now. Will
have a look for it later.
 
Or.....

click start | run
enter cmd then press enter
for each user that logs in
type cd recent
del *.*

or boot into safe mode
start run
cmd press enter
cd\ press enter
del index.dat /s
