Yes, you can delete it. If you're talking about the "Learn2" program,
that is preinstalled by the computer mftr. and is not part of Windows.

I think I am talking about the interactive learning. It appears to be part
of windows, so I guess I am stuck with it. Thanks for trying anyway!

Usually interactive learning programs are installed by the OEM. However,
I'm sure that whatever it is, it isn't taking up much room or hurting
anything to just leave it there. If you are talking about the Tour,
just don't worry about it.

If it's under the general Add/Remove list in Control Panel, then it is
ONLY a part of Windows if it a patch of service pack. This program is
neither.

So, does that mean I can remove it without consequences? It it not a big
deal, but it just makes my add/remove list longer. Thanks for the help.

The consequences are certainly that you won't be able to use that
program, whatever it does. I can't know if it is needed for some other
program you are running. I presume you have run the program or read its
documentation at some point and have decided you don't need it.

Worrying about the length of the add/remove list, for the sake of it, is
not really a good use of anyone's time. Shortening it is not going to
make a noticeable improvement to your system's performance.
