Delete Key not working - Cindy M

You responded to an earlier post.

Look down at the bottom left of the Word window (the status bar): do you see
any message down there when you press Delete?

Does delete work the way you'd expect if you hold CTRL when starting Word (to
put it into Safe mode)?

There is no text such as delete block? when I hit delete key, and safe mode
start up has no change. This all started when the IS department loaded the

Have you contacted the IS department? That would be the
correct thing to do.

You should use "Reply" so that the entire discussion stays
in one "thread". There are so many posts in this group that
it's not possible for me to easily find your original
question. Therefore, I've lost all context (what
information you included in your original posting).
