have a compaq presario that the help and support gone on.....can not
troubleshoot or reconfigure startup anymore....system is really starting to
drag.....feel only option is to delete and start over with startup disc.....i
knew how to erase it all with old gateway, but not sure with compaq.....in
the process of saving everything i want to keep to disc....this the only way
i feel i can get help and support back...have tried this forum and hp with no
luck already.....tks...bill
