Delete contacts from cache...

Hi all,
How do I clear the "history" of contacts I used ?
Also , my picture viewer(Irfan viewer) shows lots of pictures I received in
the FAR past while I open an image from Outlook (XP) and go
forward/backward - How do I delete these as well ?

You can disable the autocompletion option (Tools>Options>E-mail
Options>Advanced E-mail Option. Uncheck "Suggest names while completing..."

With Outlook closed, you can also delete the file
%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\yourprofilename.NK2

If you want to delete specific names in the list, use the arrow keys to
select the name and press Delete.

Those pictures are in the temporary folder Outlook uses to cache attachments
and apparently aren't being deleted when you close Outlook. Google this
group for the many times clearing this temporary folder has been described.
