Delete all attachments in an email in one operation

How do I delete all attachments in an email in one operation, without having
to delete attachments one by one in Outlook 2003? I have emails with many
attachments.
 
Hold down your shift key, highlight the first attachment, and use your arrow
key to highlight them all, then click on the delete key or right-click and
scroll to delete.
