Delete a sentence that pops up on Doc 1 everytime I open Word?

Want to get rid of this sentence (Pigskin special). When I open up Word 2003
or want to send an e-mail, this sentence is always at the begining of the
document.Tried to delete, cut, clear contents on the edit button but nothing
seems to work. Always have to delete the sentence then do my work
