Delegate permissions to move User objects

Hi folks,

Does anyone know what is the correct attribute to check in the security tab in order to delegate the right to move a user object from one OU to another. Thanks.
 
You are best advised to use the delegation of control wizard to do this
rather than manually ACL'ing objects.
