Delegate control to change the Manager attribute

What is the best way to delegate control of modifying just the 'manager' attibute, commonly found in ADUC on the Organization tab of a user object? I've been looking under delegate wizard but I can't find the object or attribute that best fits this task. Thanks.
 
You can Delegate Control to Write Manager Attribute of an Organization OU or
child OUs within another OU.
