Anybody have any answers as to why I get this error? I start XPE install and it goes through FBA with the preFBA cd in it. It seems to create a mirror drive called E: with the same stuff on it. Then it says that it has a Delayed Write Failed error on it the first time that I boot into windows.

You have run out of memory if you intensively write to RAM EWF.

Or you probably protected wrong partition with EWF so XPe tries to write to CD that is not protected by EWF.
From your post it is not clear what you have done so far.

I have the cdrom as Master on my IDE Primary. Could this be the case? I believe one of the MSDN sites says something about it.

From: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/d.../en-us/xpehelp/html/xeconeltoritocdasdisk.asp
The CD-ROM must be configured on the target Integrated Device Electronics (IDE) bus. For example, if the CD-ROM runs on the target as primary master, configure the CD-ROM as primary master on the IDE bus.

Could this be my problem? I've never encountered it before I tried this. I also have everything set to multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1) for my EWF and
