"Delayed Write Failed" - warning

i've started receiving a "delayed write failed" warning at
boot...system will not totally boot and in some cases
reboot automatically...had made a couple of tweaks prior
and have since reversed them but it has not fixed the
problem...please help

It is entirely possibly you have the symptoms of a hardware failure in your
face right now.
You may want to backup all important data and have a quick look at your hard
drives!

apps or explore my computer...guess its time for a new
hard drive??
