Delayed Write Failed error message

I keep receiving the above error message, which is
described in the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article-321733.
The article says that there is a supported fix for this
problem, can anyone tell me where to obtain this fix.

As the documet says, To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft
Product Support Services to obtain the fix. For a complete list of Microsoft
Product Support Services phone numbers and information about support costs,
visit the following Microsoft Web site:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;EN-US;CNTACTMS

Email them or call them as they have the hotfix. That's where you get it.
