Delay when opening mapped network drive

When users access mapped network drives there is a 10 to
15 second delay before the contents of the mapped network
drive appears. Has anyone else seen this issue?

We are running Windows 2000 AD with Windows XP Pro
Workstations.

A lot of things can cause this but you might get a better response on the
network_web board. Go to the following link, scroll the list on the left to
network_web, select it and post your question there:
