defragmenter dfrg.msc / MMC-Console

Eugene

defragmenter dfrg.msc & MMC-Console do not work anymore.
Attemts to returm the system to the earlier time point
did not help; seems the files under "Windows / System32"
are corrupted.
If any solution exists ?
