Defragment

Defragment is not even installed and is not available to
install thru the control panel. Can't find any place to
download from the internet

Just to make sure that you are looking in the right place, Disk Defragmenter
is located of your Start Menu at All Programs, Accessories, System Tools,
Disk Defragmenter. Also, you can execute it by double clicking on
c:Windows\System32\dfrg.msc.
