defragfat32.exe - virus ????

can any one shed some light on thi
subject

basically i re-built my computer, installed xp pro, with sp2, and the
from the internet about 1-2 hr after installing my internet explore
stopped working, but i was still connect to the internet

so i went into task manager and there was an exe running in the syste
procceses, (defragfat32.exe)

so i ended the procces and my internet explorer started workin
again

however every time i restart my machine it comes back can any one hel
me? i currently have AVG running up to date and ad-aware but they don
pick it up

Googled it and got many response...definitely a virus...
why are you not running a good AV program and keeping your OS up to date?
