defrag

hi trying to defrag but it keeps comming up with three file that wont defrag
and i kind find those files so what can i do????

The best practice is :
1. Boot in Safe mode.
When you start your PC, press F8 then choose Safe mode.
2. Clear all temp files.
There are lots of folders so a program that will do it for you will be
better : www.ccleaner.com
3. If your computer is running fine then turn off System Restore then
*turn it on again*. This will delete all restore points and make a fresh one.
4. Run your favorite defragmenter and dont use the system when defrag is
running.
