Defrag Auto Runs from User Profile

Our users profiles are stored on the server. Whenever (and on whatever machine) one user logs into, defrag automatically starts and never seems to complete although it is taking >90% of the system's resources. Task manager can't stop it, and I can't find any other way to terminate the process. This user's login is almost worthless because he can't do much of anything else while defrag is running and it never ends. Any advice on how to rid this from his profile? Thanks very much.

So what is in this user's profile that is kicking of a defrag pass?
