Default View of multiple calendars in outlook 2003

Im wondering if you can default multiple calendars in outlook 2003, so that
when you open you calendar, you do not have to select the users that you have
permission to view their calenders. As everytime we switch off outlook 2003
the calendars previously disppear and we have select the calendars again.

No, Outlook doesn't have a setting for that.
