Default User Folder Inaccessible

I have two machines both running Win 2K. On the one
machine I can access the Default User folder under
Documents and Settings. On the other machine it says
access denied even when logged in as the Adminstrator.
There are files in that folder I want to delete and it
won't let me in. Any ideas???
