Default statinonary

I have a letterhead in a text box in Word that I would like to use as a
default stationary for outlook. I'm getting frustrated - any ideas?
 
Outlook uses .htm files, not Word .doc files, for stationery. You'll need to create an HTML file with the desired look. I wouldn't recommend using Word as your HTML editor, because it produces quite verbose HTML.
