Default Sound just before shutdown wav plays in Windows XP Pro

I have been noticing the past week or so that I have a default sound
(error)?? plays when I shutdown the computer, just before the shutdown wav
plays. I try and see if there is an error message with it but no luck.

Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

Turns out it had something to do with my Logitech Web Camera. Although I am
not surprised. I have had so much trouble with non-descript errors with that
thing. It causes all kinds of problems on start up and shut down. When I
uninstalled the driver the sound disappeared. Thanks needlove.
