I have a couple of software-specific registry keys that
need to go in HK_Current_User for each user.
I am rolling out a custom database in FileMaker on a
large network. The DB app. is to be installed on all
workstations. FileMaker only sees the keys if they are
under HK_Current_User\Software\FileMaker etc. If they
are in HK_Local_Machine, or HK_Users\.Default, they have
no effect.
Question: Is there any way to install these keys once
per workstation, and have them be applied to each new
user in their own personal HK_Current_User registry
settings?
Is there any way to pre-set such settings, or does our
installed have to be run for each user at each computer?
I am looking for a solution for ONE INSTALL PER MACHINE.
Thanks for any ideas on the topic!
