1. Set an automatic polling interval under Tools->Send/Receive settings.
2. Close Outlook. Move the .pst file to a location of your choice. Open
Outlook and when it whines about missing the .pst file, point it to the new
location.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, cmn asked:
