default settings for MTU

I ( stupidly) used a program to change the MTU's and now can't figure out
how to set it back to Windows default. I hope this the right area to post
this ?. Thanks.
 
Actually, I don't use P2p or vpn so this doesn't apply. Also, I wanted to
know if there is a simple way to set the default, I was not wanting to mess
with the registry. Thanks, though...
