Hello,

Whenever I click on a hyperlink in a document, for example
(e-mail address removed) , Outlook express is lauched instead of the full blown
Outlook. How can I make it so Outlook open from all mail, links,...?

Thank you,

Daniel P.

Every mail client has an option to make it the default mail handler. For
Outlook

Tools\Options\Other

Under General Check "Make OUtlook the default program etc etc"

Sorry I don't know exactly where this option is for Office 2000. It has to
be in options (Try searching for Default Mail Program in Office 2000 help)

In Outlook 2003 it's Tools > Options > Other tab. In the General (top)
section is a checkbox labeled "Make Outlook the default program ...."
It's probably very similar in Outlook 2000.

To make this switch, all you have to do is open Internet Explorer
Click on Tools then Internet Options and go to the Programs tab an
click it. There you will see a list of the default programs you hav
setup. Simply change the e-mail selection to Outlook and you are al
set
