default photo editor...FOUND SOLUTION!

If you want the "edit button" on ms picture and fax viewer
to direct you somewhere other than where yours currently
does. (I wanted ms photo editor rather than ms paint)
These directions worked WONDERFULLY for me.

I'd had ms photo editor, somehow went to adobe psd, then
to ms paint. These directions have me back where I want
to be, defaulting to photo editor for usual cropping, and
reserving adobe psd for major editing. :)
