Default permissons - Share Level

The default share permission on 2003 server is "everyone - read".

Is there a way (via GPO if possible) to be able to change this "default
setting" to Authenticated Users - Full Control.

You could look at a couple of utils to script the change on existing shares
(setacl and rmtshare). Unknown if you could default the shares when created
to the ACL you've requested.
