Default ODBC Timeout - How to PERMANENTLY Change?

I know how to 'disable' the ODBC timeout on an individual query by adjusting
the query properties, but this is a pain to do over and over - not to
mention, difficult to remember to do it.

Anyone know of a way to permanently change the default from 60 seconds to 0
(or some other value)?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, but the timers set there do not pertain to the 60 second ODBC Timeout
setting specific to queries.
