Default ocntact.......

In outlook using exchange (both 2003)
When i select to create a new email and hit 'to', it defaults to the Global
contact list, which seems to be the list of users on our network..
I want it to default to my personal contacts list.. but I can't seem to find
a way to make that happen.......

...so that, if i start typing in the 'to' box, auto finish will bring up up
matching names in MY contact list...
for instance, typing har, will bring up names like harry@........
Is there way way to make this happen?
