Create a new workbook and format it to your specifications.
Store it as a template in the Excel startup folder located in
"C:-Documents and Settings-"YourUserName"-Application Data-
Microsoft-Excel-XLSTART.
When Excel starts, this workbook will open as the ActiveWindow.
