default information

hihi,

I am using the microsoft outlook 2003.
Now I wish to create some default information for my every mails.
like office address, tel no and etc.pls advise.

Thank very so much.
 
use autotext if using word as your editor, create a sig to add it at the end
of the messages (tools, options, mail format), or save it as a template - if
using word as your editor, go to Actions, New mail using Outlook (HTML) to
open the outlook editor, create the message and Tools, Forms, Publish to
publish it to your inbox. Open it using Actions menu when in the Inbox.

use Outlook Help and search for "signature"
