Can someone tell me how to change the default font in Powerpoint. It is stuck on Times New Roman and I want Arial

I might know the answer if this was a post in a PowerPoint newsgroup and I
was a PowerPoint MVP. Alas, this is an Access newsgroup and I'm an Access
MVP, ignorant of the nuances of PowerPoint. Perhaps you'd get a better
answer in a PowerPoint newsgroup.
