Where do I change the default font size in IE 6? Suddenly I'm getting large
text for pages that aren't using style sheets, suggesting to me that the
default font is out of whack. Moreover, I define a simple Web page with one
line of text, the text is displayed quite large. (What is the default so
when I reset I can get back to where I used to be.)

By the way, I have no clue how this got chnaged. I didn't change it and I'm
running both the XP firewall and ZoneAlarm Pro?

Many thanks...

Mike

1. View>Text size

2. Tools>Internet Options>General>Accessibility> Is *anything* checked here
which you didn't check? Check your system for "hijackware" (CoolWebSearch
variant?).

HijackThis (http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/hijackthis.zip) is the
preferred tool to use these days. It will help to both identify and remove
any hijackware/spyware. **Post your files to
http://forums.spywareinfo.com/, not here.**

Also update your virus definitions and then run a full system scan. From
now on, do both daily.
