default font size

I want to make Arial 10 my default font and size. Where do I go and do
that? I have found where you can change the font but it defaults to a 12 pt
which I do not want. Using fp 2k3
 
You must assign font to all text either using the font menu or via CSS. The default setting in FP
only apply to how you see your pages while working on them.
