Default folder for attachments

I need to send mails with attachments several times a day and those files are
located always to C:\SW_Temp. I'd like to make that default folder for
attachments so I don't need to go path My Documents => My Computer => C =>
SW_Temp.

So, how can this change be done. I found it ones in older version of Outlook
but now I cannot find it, so help me, please!

I presume your version of Outlook is 2007? And what version of Windows might
you be running?
 
What version of Outlook? There are various hacks but they may change the
location of My documents - for this reason I recommend using the places bar
/ favorites in Windows Explorer to add folders you want to keep handy.
