We have about 100 endusers. Our CFO wants a default disclaimer to be used on
each users account.

Is there a way that I can make this a default feature for all existing
accounts.

Thanks in advance for any help with this one.

It's better to add it on the server side using an event sink. What mail
server do you use?

you want to use an event sink then. Third party programs are listed here:
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/content_control.htm and at the bottom are
links to information on doing it yourself.
