Do you know of a way to decrease the font over-all in a Word doc? (ie. by -2).
I know I can Ctrl-A and then select the font size, but I have mixed
headings/text (14, 12, 10) that I want to change to 12, 10, 8.
This doc has main body text as well as outline formatting. Any input
appreciated.

Hi, Brad. There is a way, but it involves applying direct formatting, which
some of the regulars here don't recommend. Press Ctrl+A to select all of the
text, and press Ctrl+[ twice.

THANK YOU!
