Decreasing font size below 8 or suggestions reducing number of spreadsheet pages to print

I have a spreadsheet that prints to 18 pages. There are only 11 rows
on a second page when scrolling down and 5 columns on the 7th page
across.

If I could reduce the font to 6 or 7, I believe I could fit the text
on just 6 pages. All variable labels are lower case and I have used
autoformat to reduce colum width. Any other suggestions are
appreciated.

Hi
just highligt your cells and MANUUALLY enter a '6' in the combo box for
the font size (though it shows only 8 as smallest number you can m,an
ually enter other sizes)

I’m not quite sure, but if you go to the Page Setup you will find an option to fit your page to the width of 1 page and to the height of 1 to 999 pages. So, you can set the height to 6 pages and the Excel will fit it automatically
