Decreasing border size on handout hardcopies

I have searched microsoft.com and not been able to find a way to increase the
size of the slide area on the handout pages. Specificly I would like the 2
per page handout format to allow me to decease the margin from 1.5+ to
something much smaller. Today's format only uses 40% of the whole page ;-(
 
You will need to use File/Send to Word.

You can then adjust the size of the slide thumbnails.

Or use Bill D's or Shyam P's add-ins.
