Okay - I have ensureed that the fields are set to double. I have 2
different forms because the information has to be calculated different ways
for different customers. I can see in my detail form that the decimals are
correct (going to tenths) but in the summary form it constantly rounds
up/down. What can I do to fix this (without having to rebuild the entire
form again (a couple of subforms on the main form).

Thanks in advance for any help!

They are formatted to curency and 2 decimal places .. . not sure what to do?

Obvious and basic question, you said they are both double, but did you check
the decimals setting? Also, how does the data get into the tables. Have you
looked at the raw data to check the actual values in the fields?

Is your chair facing west and are you holding your mouth right? :)

The settings are all set to 2. The raw data shows 2 places, but the form
and the reports show none.

I know it makes NO sense but I have looked over all of it until I couldn't
stand it anymore.

The data gets in the table via a form (the detail form) which shows the
correct placement, but a summary form (to show orders by customer and to
apply payments) shows no places which will end up over charging the
customers.

This is weird. Are the numbers that don't match coming from the same field in
the same table? If not, try writing a query that will compare the two and
see if the dta in the tables are somehow different. Other than that, I don't
know what else I can do without it in front of me.

If you see anything, let me know.

OMG I am a retard! I had Clng before the string which was causing the
stupid rounding error!!

Thanks for your help (it made mw go back and look again)!!!!!
