You can't. Contact the software developer of the software that is
giving you the runtime error.

Display properties, Appearance tab. You can make individual items have
even larger fonts under the Advanced button. You can also make
everything including fonts propotionally larger by going to the Setting
tab, clicking on the Advanced button there, then going to the General
tab.

If all you want is the fonts then you want to do it under the Appearance
tab.
