Debugger error message

I get an error message when i try to run a game, the error message says "I can't run the game because i have an active debugger in memory. how do i remove it from memory?
 
Go to Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Check Disable
Script Debugging box.

detected' 'unload the debugger and try again'. I can't
get any info this, have you had any success???
