How come some websites I visit needs to be debuged? This only recently
started. How do I solve this?

Your web-browser is saying that a script at the website is broken.
It needs to be debugged by them, not by you. Tell Internet Explorer to
stop saying this via:
1. IE > Tools > Internet Options > /Advanced\
2. Settings: Browsing
3. [Y] Disable script debugging
4. [_] Display a notification about every script error
5. [ok]
