Dead motherboard (Epox 8K7A+)

I zapped my motherboard a while back. Now I'm curious...I was using RAID 0.
If those hard drives are still good, could I attach them to another
motherboard with IDE RAID and be back up and running...or do I have set up
my RAID again and lose the data.

My guess would be that at the minimum you would have to use a controller
exactly like the one you had the drives original. I don't think it
would work to switch to a different controller. But, I could be wrong.
